Shipping policy

1. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

• Coverage: Sai Varun Silks ships across India via trusted courier services.

• Courier Charges: Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 5–7 business days from the order date.

• Delivery Timeframe: Once shipped, orders typically take 3–7 business days to be delivered, depending on the destination.

• Packaging: All products are securely packed in tamper-proof packaging. If the package appears tampered with, please refuse delivery. Accepting delivery implies the product was received in good condition.

• Multiple Products: Multiple items in one order will be shipped to a single address. To ship to different addresses, please place separate orders.

• Insurance: All domestic shipments are insured against loss or theft at no extra cost to the customer.

• Entry Tax: Any applicable entry tax, as per the local laws of the delivery location, will be borne by the customer.

2. International Shipping

• Shipping Charges: Shipping costs apply for all international orders.

• Processing Time: International orders are processed within 10–15 business days from the order date.

• Delivery Timeframe: Once shipped, international deliveries usually take 7–14 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance process.

• Packaging: Products are shipped in secure, tamper-proof packaging. If the package appears tampered with, please refuse delivery. Accepting the package confirms receipt in good condition.

• Duties & Taxes: Any local customs duties, import taxes, or other charges are the responsibility of the customer.
